Key Terms
📋1. Acceptance of Terms: By using LuxuryX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
2. Platform Description: LuxuryX enables tokenization of real-world assets (real estate, commodities, art, precious metals, company stocks, bonds), primary and secondary trading, custodial wallet services, and blockchain-based smart contract execution.
3. User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, possess legal capacity to enter into agreements, and not be a resident of sanctioned jurisdictions or on OFAC/UN/EU sanctions lists.
4. Investment Risks: Tokenized asset investments carry substantial risk including market volatility, liquidity risk, default risk, regulatory risk, technology risk, and counterparty risk. You acknowledge blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible.

Compliance & Regulatory
🛡️Know Your Customer (KYC)
All users must complete KYC verification including government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation to comply with AML/CFT regulations.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
LuxuryX implements AML controls and may flag suspicious patterns. We may freeze accounts to comply with AML obligations.
Sanctions Screening
You confirm you are not a PEP, on sanctions lists, or connected to sanctioned entities. Geographic restrictions apply to certain jurisdictions.
Reporting Obligations
We may be obligated to report transactions to tax authorities, regulators, and law enforcement. You consent to such disclosures.
Fees & Smart Contracts
💰Fees Charged: LuxuryX charges fees for trading commissions, wallet management, token transfers, staking, and income distribution. Network gas fees are paid to blockchain networks, not LuxuryX. All fees are disclosed before transaction execution.
Smart Contract Risk: Tokens are governed by smart contracts on public blockchains. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. While we conduct audits, we cannot guarantee security.
Blockchain Network Risk: The Platform operates on multiple networks (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Base, TON). Network failures, congestion, or attacks may impact transactions.
Private Key Security: If you hold private keys, you are solely responsible for their security. LuxuryX cannot recover lost keys. For custodial wallets, we maintain security but assume no liability for loss.
⚖️ Liability Limitations
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- • LuxuryX does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
- • Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months
- • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages
- • We are not responsible for third-party service provider failures
Your Responsibilities
✋Lawful Use Only: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, hacking, harassment, and misrepresentation.
Due Diligence: You are responsible for conducting independent due diligence on all investments. Review offering documents, audits, and financial statements before investing.
Tax Compliance: You are responsible for calculating and paying all taxes on trading income, capital gains, dividend income, and staking rewards. We may provide tax reports but do not provide tax advice.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining account security and keeping passwords confidential. LuxuryX is not responsible for unauthorized access.
Termination & Changes
🔄Termination by LuxuryX
We may terminate your account at any time for compliance reasons, suspected fraud, or violation of Terms, without notice.
Termination by You
Request account closure through your settings. We will close your account within 30 days, subject to outstanding obligations.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by LuxuryX Technologies & TradeFi Ltd.'s jurisdiction. Disputes resolved through ICC arbitration in English.
