Biography
I am vast in devising and delivering strategies of balancing mechanisms, relations and processes by which interests of stakeholders in corporations are directed. My Corporate Governance experience includes the board chairmanship and membership of several small and medium scale businesses I nurtured from incubation to fruition. I am currently a member of the Board of University of Calabar Teaching Hospital & the Chairman Strategic Planning & Project Monitoring Committee of the Board. My work experience spans diverse sectors of the economy including credit, leasing, agro-allied produce, wood processing, advertising, events production, and tourism development.
